How can naturopathy help me?

Naturopathy combines herbal medicine with nutrition & supplementation, along with supporting emotional health, & implementing lifestyle changes. It is holistic, and tailored to each individual - there is no 'one size fits all'.

It can help with a range of health conditions - acute to chronic, and can be supportive for all ages - babies to old age!

One to one consultations...

  • Upon booking I will email you a week's food diary template for you to fill out & bring to your first appointment. This is simply to gauge what type of diet you have, & whether anything can be tweaked - there is no judgement!
  • An initial consult is 60 minutes - We will talk through your current health issues, go through your health history from head to toe, over a cup of (herbal) tea.
          We will then prioritise what aspects of your health you want to work on, and set some achiveable goals.  
  • Follow up appointments are 30-45  minutes. The first will be to give you a personalised treatment plan, this will have been written up after our initial consult and will include information about your health issues, along with dietary advice and lifestyle changes. Herbal medicine, supplementation, and bach flower remedies may be advised.
  • Further follow ups will be to track progress, to add to & tweak your treatment plan should the need arise, and to check in with what is working
  • Hair anaylsis tests are also available for suspected food/chemical/environmental sensitivities - A small sample of hair is sent to an outside company & tested against 200 items including gluten, dairy, fruits, vegetables, additives, pollutants, & even alcohol!  I interpret the results and write up a report which I'll go through with you, explaining what the results mean, with suggested alternatives, dietary recommendations, and support with such changes.
  • Therapeutic massage Combines relaxation with remedial massage - loosening & relaxing the muscles whilst also working harder on trouble areas, breaking up knots & releasing tension.
